1. No Control Over Shipping & Delivery

• We engage third-party logistics providers or courier partners for any shipments related to event services or complimentary gifts.
• We do not control or guarantee shipping timelines, handling, or delivery schedules.
• All risks associated with delays, damages, or loss during transit lie solely with the logistics or courier provider.

2. Risk of Loss & Damages

• Once the shipment is handed over to the courier or logistics partner, the responsibility for the product transfers entirely to them.

3. Shipping Charges

• All shipping, courier, or logistics charges for event-related goods, gifts, or any material movement are to be borne by the client unless specified otherwise in writing.

• Clients are required to inspect and confirm receipt of any shipped items.
• Any claims related to damage, shortage, or loss must be taken up directly with the shipping provider.

We are not liable for delivery delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, transport restrictions, or governmental actions.
