2. Engagement & Payments

• Services commence only after receiving the agreed advance or milestone payments.
• All payments are non-refundable, as per our Refund Policy.
• Delayed or incomplete payments may result in delayed services or cancellation.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must provide timely approvals, accurate information, and required inputs for smooth execution.
• We will not be responsible for delays or issues caused by the client’s failure to provide timely information.

4. Changes & Cancellations

• Any changes in scope, event date, or requirements must be communicated in writing and may involve additional charges.
• If a project is canceled or postponed by the client, payments made will not be refunded.

5. Third-Party Vendors

• We may collaborate with third-party vendors (venues, artists, caterers, decorators) for event execution.
• While we ensure careful selection, we are not liable for any vendor defaults, service failures, or disputes arising with third-party vendors.

6. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform our obligations due to unforeseen events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or government actions.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific services. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Intellectual Property

All creative concepts, designs, proposals, and plans remain our intellectual property unless transferred by written agreement. Clients may not reproduce, use, or share these without prior consent.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
